SURF LESSON PURCHASE

Use this page only if you've already scheduled your lesson with us. If you haven't already sceduled a lesson, but want to do so, click HERE. If you have already scheduled a lesson, please continue.

Step 1:
Payment:
Your registration will not be complete until we have received either a $50 deposit, or payment in full, either by check or credit card. If the deposit remains unpaid for over 7 days from the date of submission, your registration will be deleted from our roster. You can pay the remainder due at the lesson by cash or check only.

Credit Card Payment:
If you chose to make your payment with a credit card, please click the button below to make your payment via PayPal. Be sure to include the name and date of your lesson in the "note" field with your payment!!

Step 2:
Waiver:
Download and fill out our Waiver Form to bring to the first lesson. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the form.

Step 3:

That's it! Now all you need to do is show up to the lesson that we've scheduled, and we'll take care of the rest!
