Our Santa Monica surf lessons
take place near lifeguard tower 18 in Santa Monica, about
200 yards south of the Santa Monica pier. There is pay parking
(cost from $5 to $12) directly in front of our location.
To get there, go west on Pico Blvd in Santa Monica to the
end at Appian Way. Take a right onto Appian way, and then
turn left into the first public parking lot on the left
(Lot 3 South). Once parked, walk directly out onto
the beach towards the ocean - You will meet your instructor
on the beach with the equipment, at the shore line about
30 meters north (to the right, towards the Santa Monica
Pier) of the lifeguard tower marked "18". Look
for someone who looks like they're waiting for someone else
with surfboards and wetsuits.

All you need to bring to your lesson
is a towel, swimsuit, sunscreen and water--make sure to
be hydrated and ready for a great time!
